Our B Corp status means fostering diversity and nurturing the wellbeing of everyone around us. We champion a healthier and more inclusive environment for our team and colleagues and invest in charitable causes close to our hearts. Here’s what we’ve done:

  • Updated our hiring approach and diversity monitoring
  • Focused on employee engagement
  • Strategically targeted charitable giving, including Veterinary Voices and StreetVet

Planet

From eco-friendly packaging to energy efficient operations, sustainable ingredients and reducing our carbon emissions, our B Corp status underlines our commitment to a greener, cleaner world. Here’s what that looks like in practice:

  • In 2025 we achieved a further 1.5% reduction in relative emissions
  • We’ve removed Salmon Oil from our portfolio while maintaining the efficacy of our products
  • We’re aiming for 80% recyclable packaging by 2027
