Dr Courtney Miller

BS BVetMed MRCVS

Chief Veterinary & Innovation Officer

With a Zoology degree and a background in equine and small animal practice, Courtney loved clinical work but wanted to help more pets than was possible on a case-by-case basis.

Her interest in the link between nutrition and health, alongside a desire to discover ingredients and design products that could proactively improve pet health, led her to the animal nutrition industry. She now has extensive knowledge in research, innovation, product development, regulatory affairs and quality assurance.

Courtney is excited to discuss what's new at Vetnique and in the industry with pet owners, vets and researchers alike, and to share her knowledge to help live her dream to positively impact as many pets’ lives as possible.

Dr Charlotte Rice

Senior Veterinary Technical Manager
Charlotte spent 7 years in clinical practice, where she completed a post graduate certificate which developed her passion for helping the golden oldies. As part of the YuMOVE Veterinary Technical team, she’s able to offer her support to even more pets and has grown her understanding of outstanding mobility care and nutritional support.

Dr Fran Blake

Veterinary Technical Manager
Fran spent 9 years in clinical practice, including in emergency and critical care where she undertook a postgraduate certificate in ECC. Before joining YuMOVE, she spent 4 years developing postgraduate education for veterinary professionals. She is passionate about accessible, evidence-based education that supports veterinary teams and empowers pet owners.

Lana Foster

Technical Vet Nurse
Lana has over five years of experience in small animal clinical practice. While undertaking her veterinary nursing qualification, she balanced study with clinical responsibilities, developing a passion for patient care and nurse-led consultations. Now, she leverages her clinical background to deliver educational sessions, address technical queries, and mentor mobility champions in practice.

Dr. Yugal Bindari

BVSc, MSc, PhD
Clinical Research Manager
Yugal is dedicated to supporting pet health through science-backed research. He holds a PhD focused on gut health and the microbiome, and a Master’s degree in Nutrition, with three years of experience teaching and conducting research in academia. He now leads clinical studies to generate robust evidence supporting pet health.

Cosette Hinkley

Research & Development Manager
With a PhD in microbiome science and a background in animal nutrition, Cosette works at the intersection of research, nutrition and product development. Cosette is passionate about translating emerging scientific insights into products that deliver meaningful benefits for pets, helping them to live happy, healthy lives.
