Vet Rewards is open to everyone actively working in the veterinary field, including (but not limited to) vets, veterinary nurses, receptionists, kennel staff and practice managers.

How do I join Vet Rewards?

To join Vet Rewards, you’ll first need to set up an account. Once you’re logged in, complete the verification form with your work email, practice address and RCVS number, if you have one. Our team will then check your eligibility and activate your account if your application is successful. This can take up to 5 days, and we’ll email you as soon as you’re approved. Once verified, you can start shopping with your Vet Rewards discount.

What are the benefits of becoming a rewards member?

We’re sorry something’s not right. Get in touch with our team and we’ll sort it for you as quickly as we can.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

We’re really sorry your order hasn’t turned up – we know that’s frustrating. Please contact our Customer Care team at atvet@yumove.com. Just let us know within 28 days of placing your order and we’ll get it sorted quickly.

How do I cancel an order that’s already been processed?

Once an order is placed, it can’t be cancelled — but don’t worry! If it’s already on its way but you can still return it once it’s received. Just log in to your account, go to Order History, select Return Order, and follow the steps. You’ll have 28 days from delivery to send it back and get a refund.

How quick is your delivery?

If an item is in stock and you place your order by 11am, we'll endeavour to dispatch it on the same day.

We typically dispatch orders Monday to Friday but may dispatch at the weekend during peak periods. Please be aware there will be delays in shipping and delivery around bank holidays.

We deliver using either free Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked for letterbox-friendly deliveries or Royal Mail 48 Tracked for parcels. Delivery is usually within 2-3 working days, including Saturdays.
